Specific therapies like Somatic Experiencing™ and Structural Integration work with your state of mind to relieve your symptoms and bring you back to optimal health.
Amy provides a unique blend of clinical care for people healing from traumatic concussion, accidents, anxiety, back and neck pain, post-traumatic stress disorder, headaches, panic attacks and chronic pain.
She uses a diverse array of traditional and complementary healing practices (such as Structural Integration, and Somatic Experiencing™ Trauma Therapy), integrating her understanding of the relationship between an individual’s emotional challenges, and traumatic history.
In a session a client may expect to talk, use body awareness and relaxation, trauma renegotiation, interventions, movement and exercise to help their personal healing process.
Amy is trained in a number of manual techniques including craniosacral manipulation, visceral manipulation, myofascial release, joint mobilization and muscle energy technique and blends them with aspects of many somatic approaches.
